How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for special events and peak times. For larger events or specialized vehicles, booking 1-2 weeks ahead is advisable. However, we do accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the service may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the service are charged the full amount.
Do you provide services outside of Toronto?
Yes, we provide services throughout the Greater Toronto Area and can accommodate requests for surrounding areas with advance notice. Additional fees may apply based on distance and duration.
Are your chauffeurs professionally trained?
Absolutely. All our chauffeurs undergo rigorous training and background checks. They are professionally licensed, knowledgeable about the local area, and trained in customer service to provide you with a safe and exceptional experience.
Can I request a specific vehicle for my reservation?
Yes, you can request a specific vehicle from our fleet. We will do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability. We recommend booking well in advance for specialty vehicles like our Rolls-Royce or Lamborghini.
